Shipping & Live Guarantee

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via 3-day service or 2-day express service within the U.S. Our 3-day shipping fee is always one flat rate of $14.00 for any order of spiders only. If enclosures are included, depending on the quantity ordered, shipping will be either $17.00 for medium packages or $21.00 for large packages. The correct shipping fee will be automatically generated upon checkout.

Express shipping is 2 days and is a flat rate of $24.00 for small packages (spiders only), $42.00 for medium packages, and $52.00 for large packages. The correct shipping option will be automatically generated upon checkout.

Upon checkout, two shipping options will be available. Shipping option 3 will be for 3-day shipping and shipping option 4 will be for two-day shipping. 3-day service is the default shipping method. We will notify you and give you tracking information after we process your order.

There is no international shipping. We can not ship live spiders outside of the U.S.

Shipping Schedule

Orders shipped 3-day service are shipped on Monday and Tuesday only. Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday are shipped the following week.

Orders shipped 2-day express are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only.

Live Guarantee

We do offer a live-arrival-guarantee for customer peace of mind. Should your order arrive dead on arrival (DOA), we will reship your order via 3-day service on our next scheduled shipping day.

If your spider does not arrive alive, the actual shipping charge will be the cost to reship the order. There will be no cost for the replacement spider.

Someone must be home to accept the shipment. If the order is left outside for a period of time, we can not be responsible for the health of the spiders.

The Live Guarantee is only available once. We must be notified of DOA's or other problems within 12 hours of delivery for the live guarantee to remain in effect. DOA notifications must be made via email so that we will have a written record of the problem.

Payment

We accept Paypal and credit cards. Credit card payments are processed through Paypal. Orders cannot be shipped until payment is received and/or verified.
